Hajj Requirements

Requirements:

1. Documents needed for a Hajj Visa:
- Original passport valid for at least 6 months from travelling date (with enough
   blank pages for visa).
- For Non- American citizens, if applicable, clear copies of your green card - front & back.
- 3 recent passport-size photos with your name signature on the back of the photos.
- Visa Application please fill-out in INK, one application.(Click here to view and print visa application)
- Original vaccination certificate for Meningitis vaccine.
- If you are not carrying a Moslem name, a certificate from the Imam of your mosques indicating that you are a Moslem is required.
- For Ladies Traveling for Hajj:
- Husband and wife holding different last names, a copy of the marriage certificate is required.
- Women traveling alone without husband, brother or adolescent son, a NOTARIZED
   permission letter is required from the husband, brother, or adolescent son, indicating that he has no objection and permits her to travel for (Hajj/Umra) with Dar El Salam Travel group
- Women traveling obtaining permission letter from their son and do not carry the same last name; the son's birth certificate is required.

Terms & Regulations:
Balance should be paid in full 60 days before departure.
- Hajj fee is US $290.00 .
- If you wish to pay for Sacrifice fee here (in the USA) which is $100.00, please send us the money & we will take care of it.
- if you want us to take care of your domestic reservations within the USA, please let us know at time of booking so we can make the arrangements.
- Once you have indicated your departure date, no changes are allowed.

After making a reservation with Medi Travel:
Once you make a reservation, you will be contacted with a confirmation of your reservation, whether by email, fax, or mail (within 5 business days). Once we receive your deposit/payment for your reservation, you will be receiving a confirmation letter, invoice and visa application. You can then fill out the visa application and return it by the due date, along with your passport that is valid for 6 months, vaccination certificate, and 3 passport size photos.
